CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY

Registration cancellations must be requested by email to swc2025@roqa.com.br no later than November 04, 2025. The reimbursement will be processed within 30 days after the end of the event.

Transfer of registration ownership may be requested no later than November 04, 2025, by written request sent to swc2025@roqa.com.br. The person receiving the transferred registration must first complete (and not pay) their event registration to be eligible for the transfer.
